It's a fun gun that can drop from any Biker (of Pete's burners) in the Torgue DLC. Axton, Gaige & Maya have skills that can buff the gun nicely. Have fun http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Cobra_(Borderlands_2)

I told you who I'm sure drops the Cobra and gave you the link if you need more info - try it lol PS I guess Pete could theoretically drop the gun but he never has for me or anyone else I know.

maya is probably best with legendary sarin to buff cooldown as much as u can with nice bone of ancients... have longbow slag singularity nade to group up mobs...and pimp.. for very quick killing use antagonist shield to be more safe from snider snipers in that area and good luck xd

j0ltzdude mentioned in his stream that someone told him the vault hunter relic would double the chance, i cannot confirm this though. neither can he. he farmed 3 1/2 hrs without a drop

Shadowevil made a video on the vaulthunter relic and it seems that it is actually quite helpful

vault hunter relic is good if you want to turn white guns into green guns with a 5% chance or said green guns into blue guns with a 0.5% chance
so yea thats an abysmal amount considereing every 2hrds green gun can be blue one, every other relic is more helpful at this point

Right. Gearbox developers have described the vault hunter relic as being included for very low level players who haven't really started building their toons or skll trees yet but need to put something in the slot. They recommend unequipping it as soon as players have begun to find some of the game's more typical and more useful relics.

About the theories of some video players mentioned in the thread, I agree they're entitled to their opinions about the game just like you and me. =D

According to craig, one of the people behind the community patch, the VH relic only decreases white drops %, and it's additive, so the more people you have the less white guns you get, which propotionally means more green+ weapons, it not as bad as most people say

someone calcualted the probability and iirc the chances for getting a legendary drop are increased by 0,0005% per player so that means every 200K gun will be a legendary for solo play and with 4 players every 50K gun will be a legendary (theoretically) and I doubt I even pivked up 50K guns in all my playtime
