Heads and there drop chances based on difficulty

Are there higher drop chances for the heads if one plays on OP8?

Looking to start farming terra or maybe henry and bunker for heads and some eridium on hands
and its gonna be faster on NVHM/TVHM or lv72 so I wonder if those easier difficulties have the same drop chances
I guess the character I play does not matter or am I more likely to get a soldier head drop if I play a soldier?

i dont think heads and skins are affected by lvl, i had them drop in normal as often as tvhm and uvhm, i know legendaries and pearl drop chances are increased at op8 but i dont think heads and skins are

Heads and skins are just part of Terra's loot pool. Level makes no difference at all concerning the chance of something from the loot pool dropping.
I think there might be a slight bias as far as the class mods are concerned though. Heads and skins? Not that I have noticed. You will have to kill Terra many, many times to get them all. I farm in Normal when I get the urge to collect the last two missing skins for the collection.

It might be worth asking, are you playing with the community patch or just the vanilla game. I ask because the comunity patch adds them all to Bad Maw's loot pool making it much easier to farm them.

For Terra, the heads are purple. The Wiki says that the skins are purple rarity as well, but the ones I have found have been green rarity.
Henry and BNK-3R heads are purple.

Threshers do drop a unique skin for all characters, I guess Terramorphous being a giant Thresher drops the skins too.
