Fastest way to get a chaotic evil monk class mod?

Maybe you should go to the Tiny Tina DLC for the class mods (opening chests), and if you need to level up, well i find the Torgue DLC to be useful for this (besides, you can farm for torgue tokens too - Pyro Petes Bar).

I also find mods in the chests of the Forest. Esp. the two at the side path and the other vice verse where the treants grow.

for me, staying at Dragon Keep was the fastest way to score one. not only can you farm the chests for it, but can farm the Badass Wizards for legendary grenade mods and the Handsome Sorcerer for loot along the way
