The chopper is not top-tier and never will be. It is a gimmick weapon that takes too long to get much like the Cobra. Hammerlock DLC is the worst DLC, to stretch out the length they made huge maps, which take forever to go through, combined with the worst side mission in the entire franchise. The Chopper was the last straw.

Back by popular demand a repeat performer from BL1. Got one in BL2 from Dexi. Fastest FR of any gun in the game @ 18.1 with a massive mag of 1025 it unloads in a single trigger pull, as long as the cost of ammo isn't a problem for you, it's a monster close-up & destroys anything standing in its way, very good for FFYL & has strengths that match up nicely with Bloodlust Krieg's skills.
