2. I don't want to make the big monitor my main monitor - it messes up desktop icons
So no answer from the first page of google suggested by local trolls helped.
What worked was:
1. Change window mode to windowed in game settings
2. Press WinKey+Shift+Left (or right) to move it on another monitor
3. It stays on that monitor even if you change back to maximized
Anyway, thanks @AMadWomanWithABox, the only person who tried to help.
Borderlands (gearbox) games tend to force their windows back to the primary monitor, so therefore it doesnt work.
