I'd suggest looking at the Top Gear for Maya thread (on the Gearbox forums): https://forums.gearboxsoftware.com/t/top-gear-for-maya-the-siren/46185
That lists a number of especially good SMGs, and links to videos of Man-of-Low-Moral-Fiber's analysis series as well.
There's also the Legendary list (and other weapon types) on the wiki (scroll down for BL2, and sort by weapon type):
http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Legendary
http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Seraph
http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Pearlescent
Also, do understand: Many people just want the item and want to AVOID the work, hence the frequent suggestion to use Gibbed (instead of begging). In the case of someone begging, Gibbed becomes the lesser of two evils.
If you actually want to play on the other hand, that's completely different. We can suggest all sorts of resources to help you out.
Other smg's. For general use, I usually have a B!tch equipped. Far more versatile and accurate compared to the Sandhawk. World drop, but the BNK-3R has a good chance of dropping them.
Some people like the Tattler. Hyperius drop only in UVHM, but possibly available from the Oasis seraph vendor in Normal and TVHM.
Plasma Casters. World drop. Hyperion and Maliwan are the best. Tediore works, Dahl is OK if you can get used to the burst fire. Avoid Bandit versions - they are just cr@p.
Florentine. Dual element shock and slag. Only available from Flamerock Refuge seraph vendor.
Hellfire. World drop, but a very good chance for Scorch to drop one.
For specific slagging duties - Slagga. Capable of slagging whole areas, due to the large mag, high fire rate and typical bandit inaccuracy. World drop, but farmable from the Hodunks after the Clan Wars mission sequence.
Maliwan. Bandit, Hyperion, Tediore and Dahl all make a range of smg's. Try them out and see what works for you.
The Hellfire has additional splash damage while the Good Touch has an incresed critical hit modifer and heal you for a small percentage of the damage dealt.
It deals more damage on a crit than the Hellfire does but gets outperformed on body shots.
You get it by tipping Moxxie.
Now obviously there are viable alternatives that z00t mentioned.
It all comes down to what you aim to do with the smg.
There are SMGs that are used one shot setups with Axton and so on that you normally dont really use.
i actually played as siren with sandhawk smg, stockpile relic with +70% smg ammo and the bee shield.
just want to know if there is another combination of gear what can make my siren at least deal high dps compared to another character.
If you're in Normal or TVHM, I'd look for either an action skill cooldown relic or an SMG relic.
If you're in UVHM, then I'd suggest getting a set of Bone of the Ancient relics. The Bones come in Shock, Fire and Corrosive. They boost the elemental damage type, and also reduce your action skill cooldown.
I personally tend to prefer the Bitch SMG (which can be gotten from BNK-3R). It has extremely high accuracy, a crit bonus, and (ideally) comes in all the various elemental varities.
The Sandhawk is powerful, but has drawbacks that some other SMGs do not.
(Generally speaking, I tend to prefer Dahl and Maliwan SMGs. Bandit's are "okay" but I find them less accurate than I like. Other Hyperion SMGs have an annoying zeroing in phase which I dislike. And I reload reflexively, so Tediores are right out as far as I'm concerned. But as the others have said, try out the different manufactorers, it's the only way to tell what works for you personally).
There's also the question of Class Mod. I tend to prefer the Cat mod ((ideally a "scheming" cat) which boosts SMG damage)) but others tend to like the Trickster (Blurred), or the Banshee (Breakneck).
In UVHM, I'll use a Legendary Cat or a Legendary Siren, depending on what weapon I'm using at the moment.

im using legendary siren class mod.
and where to get that relics? its say on legendary midget, AFAIK the place that spawn legendary loot midget is just on doctors order side mission but its make me so tired to take a walk to that location where legendary loot midget is spawn.
is there any location that spawn midget but in closest distance?
can you suggest me on another gear combination which is best in siren class?
The Loot Midgets are the best source for those (although they can also apparently be world drops).
Many people do Doctor's Orders (and don't pick up the Echo recordings).
Loot Midget's will also spawn quite frequently in the Thousand Cuts zone. If you take the quest Rocko's Modern Strife (but don't turn it in) then the zone will spawn without Slabs in it, and you can check the chests in the Slab King's section of the map. They spawn in the Hyperions side too, but there's no fast way to farm them there.
the Bad Touch too
Only on body shots. Moxxies SMGs outperform it quite a bit on crits and have life steal.

They're also incredibly easy to get.
