Yes. Like I said, Pyro Pete is the easiest to farm if you need Seraph Crystals.

Em... It's only for normal/TVHM. On UVHM, however Tattler can be obtained only from Hyper, ASFIK.

Em... It's only for normal/TVHM. On UVHM, however Tattler can be obtained only from Hyper, ASFIK.

And the Seraph Guardian in Oasis... OP is looking for an OP 8 Tattler. Please learn how to read.

I will try to speak differently: you can't buy Tattler from seraph vendor on UVHM without UCP. Yea, you can buy it on TVHM/Normal, but it's gonna be lv50 maximum, and OP need OP8 one.

You still can buy 2 good tier seraphs: Antagonist shield (Dragon keep DLC) and Lead Storm AR (Big Hunt DLC). Or you can buy these lv50 seraphs, if you planing grind new char.

I feel bad for you, as it's one of the best but worst DLC in the game. It has some of the best seraphs, but the worst bosses to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill. Try to buy it next time GOTY edition or the DLC itself is on sale. Usually its 50% off when its on sale...
