can you play splitscreen on PC?

Trying to play this with my GF and the ability to play splitscreen decides wether we buy it on PC or xbox.

There is a split screen tool talked about on this forum, many times. You should be able to find it.

With just the base game, no. But I am sure there are some mods for it.

Unlses you have a massive screen for your pc - split screen on pc sounds like a bad idea.
