About gaige the anarchy skill is worst than the original
So you gonna ignore the 3rd tree probably idk
There is alot of videos on youtube
You can check
Maya and gaige are totally overhauled, different game play so basically no fixes because every passive has been changed
I played Maya from 1-72 and Gaige from 1- OP4 with reborn along with a Zer0 from 1 - 56. I would say that Maya and Gaige were easier with Reborn versus vanilla and Zer0 was harder. Zer0 was also my first character that I played with Reborn, so there was a bit of a learning curve.
Gaige was pretty easy for me, because I typically don't run around with 400 or 600 stacks of anarchy. Buffing DT helped out considerably, since he does a fair bit more damage. Having a longer time to second wind really helps me as I tend to push the game a bit. Most of the time that I was leveling Gaige up, I was 3-4 levels underleveled through TVHM. Really didn't have much problem with clearing content.
Maya was just a lot more versatile with Reborn. The way her Reborn skill trees are set up, you can make pretty viable builds that really play different.
But for those that do find the original loot completely dull at this point, I guess the modpack does kind of address that and make the overall legendary-hunting a bit more interesting again, with lots of replacements and new quirky weapons.
That doesn't really mention the aspect of un-balance as much as it should, though, because it's very easy to implement overpowered guns that completely nullify the rest of the new weapon-replacements that were made, and I feel plenty of gun-replacements act as such, unfortunately.
Conclusively, I find the community patch to be just enough tweakage on it's own, while still letting the game be left alone for the most part. The reborn-mod is more intrusive on the original foundation, but it's not completely terrible. It has some unquestionable aspects that I would otherwise always run as seperate mods in a modpack.
Sounds also like UVHM and forward is a lot more fun with it installed, but I have no rights to evaluate this as I personally never go further than TVHM.
I'll personally stay away from it, but I can imagine it satisfying other players that aren't me.
I took a look at anarchy and it seems you need to spend a total of 10 skill points on the first two skills just to make it work. This design is the exact same as vanilla where the anarchy tree is top heavy.
I just started Gaige recently, at 22 now, can't comment about her since I never played vanilla Gaige. But from my tastes, I won't be doing the anarchy route unless nothing else is left.
Anyways, I think it is more worthwhile to play for the changes even if they are not perfect, I still like Maya, maybe a tad less, but after 4-5 runs with her, I don't mind (also only 51 with her on Reborn). I like that legendaries drop more, and that they do some interesting things.
Edit: With changes, honestly there's just too many to list. Majority of the gear has been revamped, skills have been changed a fair bit too. Expect different builds and farming locations.
Unfortunately Bee Shield is still as broken as it's been in vanilla
