Do Torgue Tokens carry to TVHM?

I'm at level 39 after going through the main game, the Pirate, Torgue, and Hammerlock Hunting quests. As a result, I don't think buying the ultimate Torgue weapons via the tokens would be worthwhile anymore, but I'd hate to waste all of those tokens I got so far.

So would it be possible to keep the tokens I've earned so far upon starting True Vault Hunter mode?

No only money is shared everything else you gotta earn on that character. However with that said the items you get from spending them is transferable.

Okay. But for a single character, do they remain between runs of varying difficulty? It would make getting those 600 tokens a bit easier and I'd hate to waste them by switching to a new difficulty just to get the weapon levels up to speed.

Yes, they carry over. Honestly the best use for them is to buy yourself a nice ravager shotgun. The Legendaries are mostly pretty easy farms anyway, especially the Harold. Unless you're set on getting a perfect parts variant (not at all necessary until extreme late game) it's faster to kill Savage Lee until he drops one.

The only thing can all the characters do is sending items through claptrap's secret stash
