Grog nozzle dropped from Handsome Dragon??

Title says it all, its my first time playing the DLC but i thought the only way to get one was from the mission associated with it?

Without a mod, its only a mission-duration item in the Tina DLC. What mod are you running?

This is impossible to happen, it's an item you get that you're required to use in the DLC and the only way to keep it is if you don't turn it in or you duplicate it with a friend or use a save editor to code it in. Any mods that allow this to happen the only ones I can think of is are randomizer mods and the reborn mod. If it's none of those then your post is fake unless you have video proof of it

It is possible for the game to screw up, I have managed to get a morning star from bunk3r before and it's not in his loot pool we know that obviously Because then there's no point to the side quest

Don't think so. Items not in an enemy's loot pool can still appear as a world drop. It is rare but it happens. Then there are designated exclusives, such as the Grog Nozzle. As far as I know, the Morninstar is in a loot pool, but is not designated exclusive to that loot pool, meaning it can still appear as a world drop. The Grog is exclusive.
