Do you get any warnings?
If you type it too fast it will spit out some warnings to let you know you have to wait.

You have to run in in the menu BEFORE you load into the game.

Have you saved your patch.txt in BLcmm?
You have to save your selected mod as patch txt in binaries for it to work.

If it gets put in the chat it's probably a hex edit problem.
Try using Borderlands HEx Multitool again, and don't verify the files with Steam ot it will replace your exe file.

Do you have acces to the console? Since the last update you have to use a dedicated hex editor to activate it, BLCMM doesn't work for that anymore. I did it 3 days ago, if you do it correctly it still works. Use the latest Borderlands hex multitool, you can find it at Nexus mods. If you did it and still doesn't work, then back up your saves and reinstall the game before trying again (an old hex version editor can mess with your executable so you could need a fresh new one).

I figured it out. Do Not put it in the Win32 folder. Put it in the Binary folder.
