2) If Vora keeps droping Hawkeyes, it's an RNG issue.
3) Decent alternative options for Hyperion shotgun setup: Butcher, Heartbreaker, Thinking(purple/gemstone rarity)
It still has unlisted pellets for Bee-abuse post nerf.
The Interfacer doesn`t have much more synergy with the Bee than the CC has.
A Hawkeye has great synergy with the Bee though. Its obscenely high crit modifier will multiply amp damage aswell, which puts it above many other Snieprs.
We all have bad luck streaks.
Originally the Bee did more amp damage and it got applied to each individual bullet that was fired, this combined with the Conference Calls ability made it so a clip could basically kill Terramorphous.
It can be that one seraph item gets favoured over the other one in a particular session, that is just RNG, but if you are after a specific parted Interfacer you will be there for quite a while.
Practicable Interfacers are just not that common.
Incidentally, the Hawk Eye in Zer0's and Maya's hands can produce some seriously high damage with their various crit damage etc skill boosts. If you can reliably get crits it works very well indeed.
