welp looks like there's a bug THAT IS QUEST BREAKING i cant headshot noscope and its annoying any tips?

If you are playing Maya, spec out of Cloud Kill is the first suggestion. Since we don't know your toon nor your level or build, it's hard to give tailored advice.

This mission, like Medical Mystery, is not fun with a Cloud Kill Maya.

You don't need a sniper to do this. If he's the hardest one for you, kill the other two as the game prescribes first.

[Edit: Another bit of general advice is to not use elemental weapons or skills where your DOT does the killing for you.]

The game registers headshots even when there is no critical hit, as long as you kill the guy with a sniper round to the head area it should tick the quest. Slag will help. Be aware that elemental damage might steal the kill. As Gaige you will have problems since Anarchy lowers your accuracy, but without it you might not deal enough damage with the sniper.

Thats all i have. (On a side note, im with you that this quest is a major pain in the ass)

Hell yes. I haaaate those kind of quests with Cloud Kill.

However, Gaige has some elemental skills too. Interspersed Outburts, and the one with the shock storm on crit kill (forget the name). OP, if you have either of those skills, that might be the problem.

Ive had the quest stop spawnin' several times. Oh my god so annoying, had to rage quit.
at one time it just produced dead ai skeletons all over the play area, no spawn

with Maya I managed to do it with "melee him until he is one shot away from death (so cloudkill won't be able to kill him), since he is slower on lower health move away and shoot him with a non elemental sniper"
