Wait wait wait, hold on.
Krieg has three kill skills on bloodlust.

Blood Overdrive (Increases melee damage with bloodlust stacks)
Fuel the Blood (Increases Grenade damage with bloodlust stacks)
Blood Bath (increases overall weapon damage with bloodlust stacks)

The thing is, Blood Overdrive has the image of a gun on it (why isn't it on blood bath?), Fuel the Blood has the image of a bloody axe on it (Shouldn't that be for Blood Overdrive?), Blood bath has the image of a grenade on it. (Shouldn't that be for Fuel The Blood?)

Such small details that annoy the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

Blood Bath is triggered by grenade and explosive kills.
Fuel the Blood is triggered by Melee kills.

The icons of the skills are showing what you would use to trigger them
