The OP levels will not be available again until you reach level 80. Then you will be able to choose your OP level at the start, as before. Your old OP8 gear will still be usable in the meantime. When you reach 73 the old gear will say OP7, decreasing in number with each new level until you reach 80, then it will just be level 80 gear.
When you get to 80 you will get the OP levels back, but be warned, that if you start the game at OP8, your enemies will all be 88 or higher. Bullet sponges. Your (now) level 80 gear will still work, but it will be very under powered.
Farming for gear will be needed.
As for OP9 and OP10, you will need to run the peak twice more. Both times will have the double Saturns etc. Provided you now have on-level gear, it is not too bad.
Your xp at 72 should be 9,520,932
gibbed your levels? If so, you will take a long time to fill in the missing xp up to 72 and then progress further.
