Fast travel to "Fight for Sanctuary". It's at the top of the list.

and...what about the RU version borderlands 2 dlc? The Russian version of the game does not offer to install it.

Handsome Jack collection on console is a remastered version of BL2/TPS for current gen consoles, Handsome Jack collection for PC is just a bundle.
You don't need to won it for the PC version.

I can see the DLC on the list but the Install button will just launch the game. I think this DLC might just not be available on Linux.

Having the same issue here. Nothing in DLC, shows in game as 'Purchased' Not Downloaded. Tried verifying cache,

I did this. It is now downloading 1.8 GB. So I guess it's working.
