Handsome collection, not all DLC included
As title says, bought handsome collection, beforehand i had vanilla game and a couple of dlc for it but as i bought this pack and launched the game, the game says i don't own

siren learned warrior pack
mechromanser beatmaster pack
gunzerker greasy grunt pack
psycho party pack
commando devilish good looks pack
assassin clockwork pack

When i click on them in-game, it says they're not available for my region. What the ♥♥♥♥? Since when it made them not included in the pack?

Those missing DLC's are just packs or they add something to the story ?

they are just cosmetic skins. add nothing to the story.

Just cosmetics, but still, it was promised to include everything, but it didn't. And besides, i wanted one particular skin out of these

All this DLC is in handsome collection. Wait little more time, and all dlc is appear in your account.

ps: and if you see all dlc on steam, but not in game, try check game integrity in steam.

Do you guys know why the Handsome Collection is so cheap and Borderlands 1 is so expensive in comparison ? It shoudn't be the other way around ? I want to play the entire franchise but without 1 and Tales i fell like missing half of the story...

I have them, I look at the listing in the store and see them listed in the Handsome Collection. Some of them, as I understand it are not available in some regions. I don't know where you are or what may not be available there. Much of that is down to government not allowing some things.
