Crazy Earl Black Market in Commander Lilith DLC?
I've found and done the quest that's with Crazy Earl & Marcus. Completed it. Yet I can't find him in the DLC. The patch notes for it says they've increased the number of backpack & bank space for a fee of eridium. Problem is I've maxed out mine from the main game. I'm sitting at 39 slots in my backpack. I want to buy some more and even where you got the quest from him in his bunker he doesn't come back out. I've found everyone in Backburner except Crazy Earls location so I have no idea how and where to go to get those additional backpack & bank spaces that were mentioned in the patch notes.

Just teleport back to sanctuary and try there?

I was wondering the same thing. i already had the maximum backpack slots before the dlc, but Earl in Sanctuary still had nothing.
Admittedly, I haven't tried since I completed it. guess I'll go do that now.

@op: Sure that we can extend the backpack with the new dlc?

I don't remember seeing any info anywhere that they increased backpack slots and i followed the news tab pretty closely.
