Do loot midgets still spawn during the quest? Because i think im just ultra-unlucky.

I believe so, but you're better off with Space Cowboy (Commander Lillith DLC) or Doctor's Orders (Wildlife Exploitation Preserve) for guaranteed spawns.

Yeah, thanks, already found some. Had 0 for three separate runs, but now got 4 in a single run.

I know about other "sources" of LM, just wanted to take a break from Doctor's Orders because it got too repetitive for me, even that the amount of item drops is quite good.

the thing with Rocko's Modern Strife, is that you just have to accept the mission. you don't have to talk to Rocko.

and yeah, the loot midget's there, it's down to RNG.

sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't.

izzy that mission works but... new method is even more effective.. get mission space cowboy from new dlc... and part of mission u need to open toilet every time will spawn midget... just do not pick up quest item and u can farm it how much u wish kill midget..save quit-do not pick up quest item
