"The Forge" Fast location is not showing in Fast Travel Menu!

I got this problem, the entire map is discovered and the DLC complete, but the forge location doesn't show up in the fast travel menu.

Anyone got this problem. How can you fix this?

I sometimes run into issues like this. Try quitting and then re-entering your game. Sometimes fast locations don't appear until you do that.

Other times, you just have to go through the main story arc. I believe the Forge only becomes available until you get to Flyboy's minigame, or something. Certainly didn't appear when I stepped inside the Forge.
