Hey all.

Jumped back into bl2 while I wait for the steam release. 'i hope I can hold out'

I have one playthrough at the moment and I've leveling up my siren.

I'm looking at getting one character to level Cap, which is 80?? Is that right? And I would like to grab all achievements.

What's the best path to get to level cap? Is it as easy as just replaying areas or is there a specific focus at a certain point.

Also can I crab all achievements with one character!! Thanks.

ye 80 + 10 OP lvls
the best way is through normal mode(30lvl) then TVHM(50lvl) and then UVHM... thats it basicaly
you cant pick all achievements with one character since some are character specific (for action skill)
aaan normal mode is very easy, TVHM harder (need to do a few side missions or DLC to lvl up more) and UVHM is harder but u should already know what are u doing so... ye thats it basicaly and dont forget to use slag in UVHM
also farming bosses yields some nice exp but u shouldnt run out of side missions so easily especialy if u have DLCs

okay cool. yeah, i just bought the handsome collection.. i had bl2 but never got the dlc. thought for 8 bucks it was a good reason as any to play through to get the achievements.

i plan on playing through everything dlc and running my character to max level.. then i'll clean up what ever i have left..


if i join random games does that just count towards my levels and not my story progress? so will i have to beat TVHM and UVHM on my own server?

You will need to play the 4 original characters if you want all the achievements in the game. They each have one. Axton and Maya are easy enough to get - just kill enemies with their action skills active.
Zer0 needs to be at least level 31, so you can get down to the melee tree capstone, Many Must Fall. You need this for the achievement.
Sal probably needs a similar level for the required gunzerking boosts.
Gaige and Krieg do not have specific character achievements.

If you play in co-op games and are not the host, any missions done there will count in your game, but you will still have to do the complete story - you cannot skip bits in someone else's game. If you do later story missions in a co-op game, you will have to do the earlier ones in yours. When you 'catch up' the game will ask if you want to skip the missions done in another session, so you do not end up repeating them. Unless you want to, but any mission rewards cannot be earned again in that playthrough.

TVHM and UVHM can be done in co-op, but complete story line etc. Be careful in UVHM co-op. UVHM will always scale to you, or the highest level member of a co-op team. If you are 60 or whatever and a level 80 joins you, the enemies will scale to them, and your level 60 gear will do nothing.

The level cap was raised to 80 with the recent Commander Lilith DLC and you will need that as well. It is not included in the Handsome Collection.
