Explosive Elemental Relic

Hello guys im trying to get an explosive elemental relic for krieg im doing that explosive build so whats the most percentage bonus to get at lvl 80 and where can i farm it and ty for ur help

For elemental relics, it's dependent on Level and what the game files refer to as "Grade", so max level elemental relic at Grade 15 (Highest Grade), will of course be better than Level 79 and Grade 15. The minimum grade for elemental relics is Grade 8. Bone of the ancients shares this exact trait with elemental relics.

Edit: Sorry as a clarification I mean that elemental relics are only partially dependent on level.

There is no specific farm location, you just have to get lucky, I checked and the max elemental boost at level 80 is 39%

If you haven't done the Home Movies missions, Lilith gives you the choice between two relics (blue/purple) so you can read-only farm that.
Warrior also always drops a relic i believe (maybe just on first kill) and Tinder Snowflake chest is probably the best bet.
