Bright Lights, Flying City Broken?
I'm defending the beacon but no enemies are spawning, any help?

I did this thanks, restarted my game and it moved past the defending bit and went onto the fast travel

Try the glitch where you enter the holy spirit 8 times, fixing the beacon each time. Boring, but it works.
