Moxxi wont give me the freaking bad touch

I swear, I have 7 good touchs in my backpack right now. And I sold as much to the vendor. Just wtf is this, some bug?

...well, apart from using the cheat editor, yes. Good news - you can start at Lvl 30 now...

OK, then I seem to have remembered correctly that Moxxy gave it out once per char and Playthrough... ...so, the OP problem is easier to solve: Reset progress, fight your way to Sanctuary, tip Moxxi... ...and then re-map all the waypoints you deem necessary.

Also, while we're at it, a sideline question: Does the DLC progress also reset with UVHM reset ???

I am assuming it is ALL playthrough because I never got it during UVHM mode, only in normal when I was level 26. So reseting the UVHM won't help

Then your answer is now easier... you have to make a new character if you only want it for Normal. The other option is to start TVHM and obtain it that way.

Do whatever you want. I've given you the facts. One per character. Remember next time and don't do the mission until you're ready.

Once per CHARACTER. not PLAYTHROUGH. Moving to another playthrough will not get him another Bad Touch. Only starting a new character will.

Well, the other option you could try is have a friend make a new boosted character, join your game, and he tips Moxxie until she gives a Bad touch.

Understandable. It is a weird, unique and rather random limitation. I've heard from veterans that very very rarely, she will give a second Bad Touch to a character, but have gotten the impression that it is statistically practically zero chance of it happening, so not something you would advise someone to expect to happen.
