Everyone assassin has a chance to drop the emperor

But the legendary isn't worth It trust me

Your title is a good reason not to use all-CAPS. Emperor is a world drop & has improved chances to drop from Oney, Rouf, Reeth or Wot in Southpaw or in Digistruct. I've never met anyone who likes it. Have fun :steammocking:

yeah the emperor sucks, and judging on alot of players opinion on teh emperor you could say that it should be called the em-pour-or...

The Emperor doesn't suck, it's a solid SMG but it has to face a lot of competition in its respective class.
It doesn't do anything special andgets overshadowed by its brethren but it performs fairly well, even on OP8.
