how did i redownload the game like 3 time still have missing a file.The file missing make me cant lauch the game.Pls if someone know how to fix pls tell me

There is usally one file missing even if you verify the game cache which you should do instead of reinstalling.

but i verify the file the program detect 1 file has fail to verify and say the file will be requied how should i do

Ignore it, what happens when you try to run the game, I'm guessing nothing, so you have something blocking it. It is usually your virus software try turning off and run the game and see if that fixes it,also read the thread I gave you as there are other suggestions in one of the links as to what the problem might be.
