How to get into wildlife exploitation preserve cell area AFTER you finished the mission?

I'm lvl 50 and I'm trying to farm the loot midgets which are in the animal cell area in wildlife exploitation preserve. However, there is a door that just won't open no matter of what I kill. How do I open it?

its a dlc am afraid you have to buy it, but if you search online you will find other ways, i dont wanna post it here

It's the last door you have to pass in order to get to the midget room. I remember having to fight a badass loader there.

This is the WEP encountered in the base game > http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Wildlife_Exploitation_Preserve And this is the NSA immediately to the right of the vending machines - you can buy this part seperately in the Creature Slaughter Zone DLC > http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Natural_Selection_Annex You can enter and re-enter the NSA for free in coop with a team mate who has paid for the CSZ DLC - this can be a little confusing at first. Happy gaming

@ you two: OP wasn't talking about the slaughter arena, they were talking about trying to get to the room with all of the boxes that spawn loot midgets if you have the Doctor's Orders mission.

@OP: I'm not sure what your problem is. Does it remain locked even after a Save & Quit?
If S&Qing doesn't open it, I have no idea what else could be the problem, other than maybe you need to do other missions first.

The problem is:

Yes, I have the mission running, but I can't get into the main room where the loot chests are. It's locked by a door, and I cannot get further than that grass field.

Thanks, mentioning the grass field explains where you're getting shut out. I think the reason the door to the WEP building stays locked/closed even though you've got the mission running maybe easy to solve from the sound of it I suspect you might not be waiting long enough for it to open. That door is always locked closed when you approach it from the grass field - after a period of time fighting an increasing wave of enemies on the grass field (loaders and stalkers), the door to the WEP building opens and an ultimate badass loader exits from it who you must kill right in front of the door and then you can enter the building for the chests, the vending machines and to do the rest of the mission. While you're still outside fighting on the grass field, a good place to position yourself with some protection is in the NW corner of the field against the outside wall of the WEP building which gives you a good view on all directions including the door from which the badass exits.

If you are talking about the door where tha badass loader comes, you just have to kill the enemies you find in the area. After that a badass stalker will come and then the badass loader.

Actually, it's the spawning of a Badass Stalker once you've killed off most of the enemies in that area that triggers the Super Badass Loader/opening of the door.

Similarly later, in the large open field you drop to from the broken bridge, the spawn of a Badass Skag in the far right triggers the opening of that door.
