Is it legal to use Gibbed Save editor in STEAM?

I havent try it yet and just wondering if it's safe to use consider the 3rd party policy from Steam... would be my pleasure if anyone want to share the info about this matter.. thanks :D

tbh it should be safe considering it does not allow you access to anything you dont own i used it a couple times but not for anything big

thanks for the info fam :D I've heard the same from a guy in reddit says that gibbed is safe to use but, unfortunately the file it self cannot be use/outdated and some random guy said that "you need to download the new version of Gibbed" T_T

None of the Borderlands games (1, 2, or TPS) are VAC enabled. It's a multiplayer co-op game, not a competitive game.

You can do whatever you like to your saves, Steam doesn't care.

You can even use far more drastic mods (which I won't refer to by name). However, if you do choose to use those more drastic mods, it's best to restart your computer afterwards, because they can remain resident in memory otherwise, and might trigger the VAC system if you play a different game that is VAC enabled.

It safe, but if you wanna use it, just don't play the game. It won't make a big difference to you, you'll save time and it would be 1 less cheater on B2.

Yes it is safe to use. Just make sure the game is turned off when you are editing the save and you should be fine. Even if you use modded weapons on the multiplayer/online steam don't care and neither do Borderlands anymore aha.

I've never used gibbed myself, but wouldn't gibbed make the whole game kinda pointless ? The fun is getting XP and loot through actually playing the game. Each to its own i guess.......

It depends on what you use it for.

It can indeed be used to give yourself a max level character with the best weapons, instantly.

And yes, that does kinda make the game pointless, since it's an ARPG, and (having fun) fighting for levels and gear so that you can fight tougher stuff for levels and gear really is the point.

But it can also be used for more minor, less game breaking things, like resetting quests, or tweaking the inventory capacity of mules.

i just want to use it after i finish the game pal... Consider 61 is the maximun level without DLC + i want to experiment with the skill trees eventhough there are some glitches XP that still works till today :D
