Did i miss a side quest?

So at the time i replace sanctuary battery with another one and it's a trap. Just before i did that, i saw a yellow exclamation mark which means there's a side quest, but somehow when i put the battery, it went away and with sanctuary being far away, are there any chance i can get this one side quest back without starting a new game?

And can someone tell me what's the name of the quest so i can check it straight as soon as possible.

U can do it when in sanctuary again, no worries.

Just play along for around 2 hours and you have your answer.
The one thing i can tell you without spoiling the story is: you can do every sidequest whenever you want, even after beating the final boss

Just follow the main questline, you'll find out soon enough.

When a side mission disappears there is a reason, but it will be put back later and you will understand at that time why it went poof for a while.

Yeah, sometimes side quests are temporarily inaccessible, but continue with the main story, you'll be able to re-access the side quests again eventually.

So i just got back to sanctuary, and now there are like 8 exclamation marks. I interact with all of them and no one there told me what's the side quest i supposedly missed.
My OCD is really triggered right now, i need someone to tell me the name of the quest i missed!

Its all you miss and maybe some new ones. One thing for sure "The good, the bad and Mordecai" mission available before you change the power core and sanctuary attacked by moonshot.
