Borderlands 2 is not a VAC secure game, cheating will not get you banned, but please play solo or with people who agree to do so with cheats.

Important addition: Trainers and that specific thing you MAY be talking about CAN and likely WILL trigger a VAC ban in VAC secure games if you forget to turn it off or it happens to not shut down correctly and still sits in the memory when you enter a VAC secured game.

So for your own good and to be on the safe side, shut down your computer and then restart the system after you cheat around in Borderlands.

And as trukr said, but more strongly:
Please keep that garbage away from multiplayer unless you play with other sad people who need that junk.

no you wont be banned using trainer in BL2 no matter if its solo or co-op

but:
trainers does not work in other player's servers, trainer only works if you're the host, even if you host a game, please dont use it, cause someone will eventually notice
Note: trainers does not only effect you, it will effect all players in your server

I got a notification, looked, decided not to respond. Then, I got another notification, because I did not unsubscribe from this mess and dropped the ghost. Then I got another notification, because I has still not unsubscribed from this mess and felt somehow compelled to respond to something and thought this post would do.
