How do i need to use the Win-Win Logan's Gun?

I'm having problems understanding this gun.

The shots have to connect with a surface, you basically have to shoot at enemies feet.

It's a really bad gun though, one of the worst ones available; sell it and use something else.

Yeah, I saw xD, it's kinda random, sometimes it hits and sometimes no damage... Btw thanks for the info man.

You can also use a low level one with a sham (or high-capacity absorb shields) to refill your rocket ammo.

You can also use some of the Torgue-barreled ARs to the same effect without catching a DOT all the time.
