how good is the Deadly Bloom shield??

since the Overlook side-quest normally gives this out as a reward, despite it being classed as a legendary (hence the reason it can potentially drop from anyone and anything), just how good/bad is it?

of course, my preferred shield is the Flame-of-the-Firehawk, though some will argue the Black Hole can be pretty good in certain situations.

its okay with melee krieg and zer0. Other then that "meh"
Firehawk > Any other nova shield.
