Connecting to host TIMEOUT

Hello, I just wanted to start coop with my friend and it gave me 30 sec cooldown and after it i got timeouted. We tried like everything.

From where come your friend? You are going to have bad times if he lives somewhere in USA or somewhere like japan.

are you in a school, dorm, apartment or public internet connection?
many of them block gamign ports

lol was palayign with friends once, and kicked one for fun, and had to restart the host to let him in again
