TL;DR best place for the TF?

I have had two of these drop before, one just yesterdy from the classic midgets in the preserve, and one from Sparky in the Crawmerax dlc. Though both are on the wrong characters and wrong levels, so assuming I just got really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lucky, I'm not going to count on any of those sources as being incredibly good compared to another.

My question is, to people who farm(ed) the TF, do you think it's best to farm Flynt, Sparky, or the loot midgets? Taking into consideration chances, but more importantly, sanity. I think Flynt is off that table for that. I can't imagine running through the Southern Shelf over and over for 3 hours straight.

I know it's a lower chance to get a TF from the midgets, because it's a larger loot pool, but some people suggest that is does drop somewhat often, so I'm leaning towards that.

Sparky is the best option. He's easier to get to than Captain Flynt and has a better chance to drop it than LLMs.

Loot midgets are really bad if you're after something specific.
They have a 15% chance of dropping any legendary gun or grenade mod, while bosses have a 10% chance of dropping their item.
