Saving mods to launch when you launch the game?

Just curious; is there a way to launch borderlands 2 and the mods with one click? Right now i have to type each mod into console with with the exec .txt command. Can i make the game automatically type that into console for me when i launch the game?

with filter tool you can merge all mods into one .txt file and if you open the console and press up it will automaticly retype the last command you used. That leaves you with 2 button presses, which shouldnt be a problem if you ask me.

I agree it wouldnt be a big deal; so how do merge everything into one mod?
