what and where is the best place to get a class mod that would boost Maya Chain Reaction skill. would the Tinder train possibly have one or is there a easier way?

Variations of Maya's lvl 80 / OP8 Purple Trickster COMs will grant up to a max of +13 skill points across the skills Kinetic Reflection, Chain Reaction & Life Tap. Different prefixes grant along the lines detailed on the page linked by Nakos. Best farming of OP8 Purple COMs for me has been throughout Hero's Pass.
