Multiplayer to solo
I started and only played BL2 with my friends and never started a solo game. Yesterday I was wondering if I could but when I launch a solo game, my character is playing the first mission "My first gun", whenever my psycho is lvl 29. Is it normal ?

You can, (obviousoly), but the story progress "belongs" to the host. It happened in his game.

If you did all the story missions with your friends, and then you want to do some solo playing, well once you finish one story mission, the game will pop-up a message telling you that if you'd like to skip all these missions (that were done in coop) or continue as normal - so it's up to you if you skip the mission you've already done or doing all over again.

You have to do the story missions you did not do before joining the host that was farther in than you were. Once you get to where the host was when you started, it should ask you if you want to skip the missions you did in the other person's game, say yes, you get no rewards other than exp for kills if you redo them.

If you want to play solo, you can always start a new character and keep that one for solo play. That way there won't be any of the skipped mission stuff you have now found with your co-op character.
You can create another Krieg if you want. Progress will be quicker because you know how to play him already. Or start a different character, and learn something new.
