Loot goon goliaths and level-ups

If you level up a loot goon goliath before killing him, will it have better loot in it's chest? I assume not, but I like to ask questions

Nope. All loot from chests is randomly chosen from its pool of possilbe drops. Any levels for the Goliath will have no effect.

Not in my experience, but there is an achievement for killing a God-liath.
