How can i get up from the elevator of Sawtooth Cauldron?

There is a skybase at Sawtooth Cauldron and i can't get up to there. There is a cave under it and there is an elevator to the skybase in the cave but the elevator doesn't work, i can't take the side mission there please help

You have to progress with the main mission in Sawtooth to activate the elevator.

It's really better to post a new thread when you have an issue like this.

Did you destroy Boombringer? If you destroyed Boombringer, then Mortar will feel compelled to come and face you himself, and will take the elevator down.

It's meant to be a "jump-scare" kinda thing, where you walk up to the elevator, and it spins around and Mortar leaps out and attacks you. You have to be pretty close to the Elevator to trigger it though.
