Fridge undiscovered badass challenge

The title say all. I don't know what to do

I looked it up on my badass-ranks and there are three Challenges: Cult of the vault (find the hidden vault sign), Rat in the trap (find the rat trapped in time), and hey ho we die happily (kill the rat minions before killing laney (needs quest from scooter))

There are also the challenges to kill laney before killing her minions and once you discovered smashead, you have to kill him without killing any of his midgets.
