so my brother and i wanted to get the longbow from a creeper, since we both had that + 5% rare loot chance relic we both put those on and farmed creeper about 22times but the thing is when we have +10% of rare loot chance we didnt get the longbow, not even a single blockhead can you guys tell me whats wrong?

Those relics are a waste. Keep farming nothing is wrong

sometimes it takes long to get the wapen you want, i still dont have all the good shield at lvl OP8

I've never had one drop either. I believe part of it is the loot pool is diluted with the Blockhead and the skins and heads.

5% rare drop relic increase chance by 5% FOR green uncommon guns...not legends. (-5% for white/+5% for green) take somethig else what helps you to kill him faster.

Oh i see so those "rare guns" on that relic meant some other low tier rare guns.not legends or unique right?

Basically yes. That relic is pure garbage. ANY other relic which makes you more efficient at killing, and thus also farming will serve you better.

The Vault Hunter's Relic gives a +5% chance at getting green weapons rather than whites.

advice, don't keep your mind in porcent numbers
some times i need a fastball i go to boll and wow first try
another day i spend 2 hours to get one
so what the porcent?!
keep trying nothing is wrong
i got a longbow several times, some of them perfects
keep farming
