It's easier when you're co-op (I've played both single and multi) but you may want to save some keys for a UVHM playthrough, if you end up doing that.
Probably won t play the game again. Want the best playthrough now with my friends.
If you're playing level 14. I'd advise against using them the keys altogether. The guns you get will not be worth much for keys that you can only use once.
A better option is hold off until you kill The Warrior, by which point you should be at least somewhere between level 30-32. Then do either of one these:
1.Start the DLC campaigns
or
2. Start True Vault Hunter Mode
Either way you should use the keys only once every five levels so you can get the most out of each gun before selling them by which point they should be worth quite a lot.
In normal mode guns you get from Golden Chest ain't any better than basic gear you get from other boxes and enemies
So, unless there's a chance of Legendary gear. Use those keys whenever you feel the need for a upgrade.
Not even a chance since then the chest would also give pearls and seraphs (those being lower tier than Legendaries)
In that case, just use the keys whenever you want. Since there's no chance of getting a legendary the best you can get will be a good class mod.
I got 250 keys from here. Do you have any other keys?
