Advice on how to get Maya's Last Call Skin?

Is there any information to getting Maya's Last Call Skin since it is droppable. Does it drop from any enemy or do I have a higher chance with certain bosses or badass types?

I think that badasses have a higher chance of dropping skins. Bosses generally have specific heads/skins that they drop. I am not sure if the Community Day items have been added to their loot pools or not. I suspect not.

If you are not opposed to using gibbed save editor, you can use it to change heads and skins.

The Last Call Skin and Closing Time Head were a part of the Community Day 2013 event. They would drop from any suitable loot source, more specifically Badass enemies and Bullymong piles. Without downloading a game save that already has the skins or using external editors you can no longer get the Community Day skins and heads.
