for me, it's a tie between the theme song in Pyro Pete's Bar (which also sometimes play during a fight in the Wildlife Preserve), the Fyrestone theme in the Arid Nexus-Badlands, and the combat theme in the Caustic Caverns

My favorite song from Borderlands 2 (disqualifying "The Heavy - Short Change Hero") is obviously Flamerock Refuge from Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. It's wonderful.

The Fridge (Combat) is my second favourite, I love the menacing atmosphere it creates.
