The best strategy i've found is to stay in the circle part where you need to be when you start each round. That way you can see anything htat gets too close and when the Super Badass Loaders show up kill everything else and just use the railing up by the elevator and crouch behind it when you reload. They won't move towards you and you can just block all of the damage using the railing.
