Marcus's shop timer

Can anybody tell me what mission I have to do to get Marcus's reward of a relic that reduces the timer rate on vending machines? I thought I'd get it from doing the one where you have to gather all of Kai's echo recorders but that was a fail so...... I'd seriusly appreciate the info. Thanks.

no, it's when you have to retrieve some photos of Moxxi for Marcus by killing Blue, inside the Caustic Caverns. however, Moxxi contacts you and wants you to give the pictures to her.

so I strongly recommend giving the pictures to Moxxi for the Heartbreaker shotgun, which heals you while dealing damage with it.

The timer relic from Marcus is one of the worst relics in the game. Much, much faster to exit and restart a map when you are farming the vending machines.
Moxxi's Heartbreaker is a far more useful reward.

If you wanna farm vendors it is much faster and easier to save quit the game and go check the vnedors rathe then using the lucrative opportinuity relic.

Well, Community Patch changing this relic effect. It will now give player +Movement Speed, which is good for speedruns, or Geary runs.

Yeah, but this is forums for base game. Secondly, with the summer sale (didn't check if it was on sale) a lot of new folks are gonna be playing this game and trying it out. As such they won't know of the coummunity patch.
