Best Element/Parts for Sandhawk on Maya

So i'm doing the Whoops quest to get a Sandhawk but I don't know what's the most efficent parts and element for Maya.

Element: Shock (all around good element... not weak against most enemies)
Prefix 1: Flying (faster bullet travel)
Prefix 2: Stopping (extra damage... not as good as Flying, imho... it's the second best)
Stock: Dahl (extra bullet fires during aim burst)

You probably want to prioritize getting the shock element above all else.

Shock is a good element, nothing really resists it. Flying is the best prefix. Dahl parts if you can get them - stock and grip. Sight is up to what you prefer.
Slag is not a good choice. Fire for certain enemies - Terra, Hyperius etc. Corrosive for loaders.

You might want to do some research on how to get multiple versions. It is possible with a bit of sneakery.

Flying prefix. Shock element. Dahl parts. Sandie is a useful SMG when used in conjunction with a Bee Shield (or any of the other strong Amplify shields). But there are far preferable SMGs available in the game for use with non-Amplify shields - which ones are far pref for you will vary depending on your level mode class build. Well... normally, you don't, you take what you get and live with it, and redo the quest if you want something different. (You can reset a playthrough anytime you want in UVHM, you can also use the save editor to reset individual quests).

However ... you can do what's called "read-only" farming (Google it), or you can just use the save editor.

So, there are a couple of ways to do it, it's just a question of what you're comfortable doing.

i would get shock flaying then u can farm peter fro crystals without any problems... must be flying after that get fire and corrosive-flying- is projectile speed witch is nececery for sanhwak duo to very slow projectile speed by default

You can't without resorting to editing your save.
When you are farming for a good one, you need to be able to identify the desirable parts you are after - the guide above your post will help, and do a lot of reload, examine, reject, re-select character and try again.
Perfect or near perfect parts and desirable prefix and the right element will mean you are going to be doing a lot of this.
