i have killed sparky flynt 236 times according to the counter i have on my phone, i keep track when im farming specifically so i can complain about it. im trying to get a level 72 thunderball fists (preferably redundant) and the "dolphins are badass" skin for the siren. i have gotten everyone elses skins and heads countless times and 2 level 71 thinderball fists, this game is trolling me hard. please if you have either of thoes two items i will do anything if you share them with me. i refuse to use 3rd party programs.

236 times? Damn that's weird, you should have dropped way more than just 2 Thunderball Fists.

You could try farming it with some friends, I'm not sure but I think the that the more players you have, more the chances of getting better loot.

That does nothing for purples and legendaries. Better off equipping any relic that increases damage, cooldown, or anything. The Vault Hunter's Relic is a crock.

Not sure if having more players does increase loot chance or not, but I'd love to help if you'd like.

I mean it does say RARE drop chance. Rare as in RARE weapons. Rare weapons as in BLUE waepons.

Google it. Very experienced players have looked into it. It increases the odds of a white being a green, or even less. A blue instead. The way RNG works, you would need a huge sample to see the difference. Some peoplemhave done this and debunk it. You have confirmation bias. I have over 3200 hours ingame and say that the relic is trash.

So, may I call you "broken", since you using this trash. As previously dontu_worry explained. It's -5% white and +5% green.

Also, if you ever used Gibbed - in game code - Rare for Green, and VeryRare for Blue.

Tacocat, you know this game. Sometimes the more you farm a particular gun the nastier the RNG treats you - it's something like real life that way lol. But you can't let it get you down. For all five classes except Gaige TBF isn't urgently required and there are decent substitutes available. But for Gaige specced into Electrical Burn - I agree - it can be pretty special. You can always ask a Steam friend who uses Gibbed to make you one. FWIW if you've got the Wam Bam DLC, I hear Sparky Flynt drops it a bit more generously.

I haven't been to Wam Bam for a while so I have been farming Sparky to see if the drops are as rare as the OP says.
While I didn't keep count, I was there for over 3 hours and the count is Dozens of times. Approx 2 minutes each run.
I got over 20 heads / skins and a single Thunderball Fist. An elegant one (gunstock). So yeah, the OP's numbers seem to be reasonable. Or completely unreasonable if you are farming for Fists.
If Sparky Flynt has a single designated drop from his loot pool - Tinderbox, Fists and all the heads and skins, the chance of the Fists being dropped looks to be quite low.

OP. If you are still after the Dolphins are Badass skin, I now have a couple of extras.

Make that 2 Elegant Thunderball Fists. Different grips, but otherwise the same. The RNG seed for today seems to produce Elegant variants when the game decides that a Fist is dropped.
