How do I get one, is there a specific area I can farm to get one or do I jsut have to get lucky.

Random world drop. Nothing has a higher chance to drop one. Try farming the train in Xmas DLC.

Farm the hero's pass chest. Farming things with no dedicated source sucks. Or you can farm varkids for Vermi, and all the Quasars the Ultimates will drop. Getting a longbow with 0.0 fuse will take bloody forever, though. All I can tell you is, open and check every poo pile and machine everywhere you go to up your odds. I think the Mercenary Train would be good for this, too.

While levelling up and playing check all your world drops, chests and vendors you come across. I got a few along my way.

If you´re capped out and want to farm it on level your best bet should be the Xmas DLC as Sun pointed out. The train chest rewards you with a fixed amount of grenade mods each time. Make sure to check the vendors on your way aswell .
